Global distribution powerhouse Wesco Anixter prides itself on delivering global scale with local expertise. With this in mind, we embarked on a joint initiative with them to tap into that local expertise and developed a new distribution model for some of our smaller accounts who would benefit from their local supply chain and execution capabilities.
We have been working in close partnership with Wesco Anixter to transition over this business over the last year and have witnessed the implementation of robust operational processes to support this transition, including centralized tracking systems, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, structured training programs, and regular performance evaluations.
